I created this web page to act as an "advertisement" for myself. Should an opportunity become available, I want to be able to provide information to any interested parties as quickly as possible.
A work in progress, this document explores the characteristics of what I personally consider a "perfect" job. Realizing few jobs will every truly be considered perfect, I use the term loosely to outline what I find desireable in a carreer, and what kind of things would keep me motivated and engaged.
Sometimes I receive emails from recruiters wanting to let me know about various job opportunities. I usually reply by saying that I'm looking for something extraordinary. While this website is an attempt to paint an abstract picture of what "extraordinary" might look like, some concrete examples migh be even better.
An essay on two attitudes one can have towards his work. Both attitudes contribute to a happier and more productive employee. My belief is that passion, the superior trait, is inborn, or at least self-developed. Engagement, however, is a close-second, and can be developed or fostered by the right leader.
